 I had all 6th graders from my community come to my school for a 6th grade orientation. i had a good time because i love to dee so many 6th graders so happy to be at a new school. i had a good time and wish them a good next year.

Internet safety is very important so i made the change on my face book to make my profile private. I think that not everybody should see your information and only the people you know can... this is affecting my digital footprint because alot of people talk about me and then all my info get out so yes internet safety is something that everyone should consider...

Not only in school do i learn thimgs i also learn things at home from my mom. my mom has taught me that it is important to know hoe to sew. she has taught me how to string a needele, make nots, and sew patches. this is a good life lesson cause i will need it later on in life when things break or something needs to be sewn it'll be no proplem because i will know how to sew...

 Dear Miss.W you should come visit my community it is in Oahu Hawaii Ewa Beach. You should come visit when we get out of school in the summer. you should bring loose clothing and maybe even a bathing suit it is gonna be hot since its the summer. my community is good to come to cause its something different and its almost like paradise. here in Hawaii we speak English so just come as you are. but so a lot of us do speak pigeon. that is how we pronounce the word so for example when you say "hello" we say "how's it" that is just the way some of us speak. but don't worry about that just come as you are.

 One country that i would like to find my way to is Canada. one reason why i want to go to Canada is that my uncle went and he said it was amazing. i want to go fishing when i get to Canada.my question is "what kind of festivals do you guys have in Canada"? that's where i would like to find my way to.

Tsunami warning 2011

the night of the Tsunami warning I was just sitting in front of the t.v. like any other thursday night. Suddenly when my phone rang it was my sister telling us to evacuate, knowing me I started to panic and pretty much packed up my whole room. I turned the station to KHON2 news and there I had just learned that there was a earthquake in Japan and there could be a Tsunami coming in about 4 hours. We called everyone we knew and made arrangements for my dog to get droped off at my uncles. Because we were in the evacuation zone we had to move quickly. After waiting for my sister to get off of work we raced to my uncles house, at that time we had already made plans to stay with my aunty for the night. But why drive all the way to kunia when we were already in a safe zone. So we ended staying at my uncles for the night and leaving in the morning. Everything turned out to be fine. From this experience I learned that it is important not to panic and get overwhelmed in these kind of situations and overall I learned a lot.

Turning in assignments

In my 5th period class: Leadership we now have our own websites and we put all of our assignments on our leadership page. Instead of turning something in on paper we turn it in on our websites. I think that this is a better way to turn in work because its easier and faster. This way is easier because we can access everything from home all we need is a computer. I like turning in work like this and I wish every class turned in work this way.

Technology in the classroom

In my classes we work on projects using the computer, I think that the computer has many different advantages when using it correctly. In class we use the computer to research and to complete assignments. My thoughts on using technology in class is that it is a new and more exciting way to complete and turn in work. I think that it was also a good thing to start doing HSA on the computers in school. Using technology is a new, Neater, and better way to do assignments.
